Hammers
Hammers

Most of our production takes place on hammers with pressure force from 1 ton up to 10 tons. These are MPM hammers – we realize the process of hot forging in multiclass dies. We forge carbon steel, acid steel, high-grade steel and stainless steel forgings on them. For production on the hammers we use steel bars from 22 mm to 110 mm – both square billets and round bars.

Presses
Presses

A strong link in our machine park are forging presses with pressure from 630 tons to 2500 tons. In 2023, a robotized production line with a 4000 tons press will be launched.

For trimming after the forging process, we use trimming presses ranging from 160 tons to 500 tons.

Upsetting machines
Upsetting machines

In our machine park there are upsetting machines with maximum upset forging diameter from 1.5 inch to 6 inches. They are used for production of parts where only the end of the bar is forged, e.g. pins, half-axles, screws.

Cutting of raw material
Cutting of raw material

The precision of cutting both bars and steel billets is ensured by highly efficient AMADA saws. We also have band saws of Behringer type. They make it possible to cut carbon steel, acid steel, heat resistant steel and stainless steel with a diameter of 22 mm to 120 mm.

Finishing processes
Finishing processes

We clean the forgings using modern shot blast machines with automatic loading and unloading.

Heat treatment
Heat treatment

We have 3 fully modernized continuous furnaces with automatic control for heat treatment.  They are supervised according to the guidelines of CQI-9 standard and undergo TUS and SAT tests. They are used for processes like quenching, tempering and normalizing.

Laboratory
Laboratory

At present, we use three high-performance defectoscopes to detect surface defects on forgings. The defectoscopes are operated by qualified personnel with MT1 and MT2 testing certificates. In our forge there are also staloscopes for testing the input material and a scanner for 3D measurements of forgings.
