GENERAL INFORMATION CLAUSE

Kuźnia Matrycowa Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Frezerów 14, 20-300 Lublin, acting as the controller of personal data, in connection with the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), hereby informs you that:

1) The controller of your personal data is Kuźnia Matrycowa Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Frezerów 14, 20-300 Lublin (hereinafter also referred to as “Kuźnia Matrycowa”). You may contact the controller by writing to: kuznia@kuzniamatrycowa.pl or by calling: +48 81 749 28 00.

The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

2) Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

a) the conclusion and performance of a contract, and the taking of steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;

b) compliance with legal obligations incumbent on the controller, in particular those arising from tax and accounting regulations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;

c) the pursuit of claims and defence against claims, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the controller — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;

d) marketing of the controller’s own products and services, including the sending of commercial information by electronic means or contact by telephone — based on consent given (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) or the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), depending on the form of communication.

3) In accordance with the principle of data minimisation, for the purpose of performing a contract, we process in particular the following categories of personal data:

  • surname and first name,
  • residential address and correspondence address,
  • contact number,
  • e-mail address,
  • date and place of birth,
  • national identification number (PESEL), tax identification number (NIP),
  • other data voluntarily provided by you, if necessary for the performance of the contract or other indicated purposes.

4) The collected data will be stored:

a) for the duration of the contract concluded with the data subject and after its termination, for purposes related to the pursuit of claims arising from the contract and the fulfilment of obligations under applicable law, but for no longer than 10 years;

b) for a period of 5 years for personal data contained in accounting documents (invoices), in accordance with the Accounting Act;

c) the processing of personal data for marketing/informational purposes is carried out on the basis of a separate consent. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending information by electronic means is carried out on the basis of a separate consent until such consent is withdrawn.

5) The recipients of your data will be solely our authorised employees, institutions authorised by law, as well as subcontractors providing services to the controller, such as IT support or legal support. Personal data will be transferred to such third parties on the basis of appropriate legal safeguards (data processing agreements) and standard data protection clauses.

6) You have the right to: request access to your personal data from the controller, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office — PUODO, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw).

8) The provision of personal data is voluntary (e.g. for marketing purposes), and in certain cases a necessary requirement (e.g. in order to conclude a contract).

9) Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making (profiling).

10) Your data will not be transferred to a recipient in a third country or to an international organisation.
